Hometown service just like it is supposed to be! While picking up family members in the River Market for a three-day road trip, I saw I had a tire going flat. First thing in my mind -- Jim's Discount Tire and Brake -- just a few miles away in Northtowne. Got there in a few minutes and within one hour of noticing my tire, I was on the highway for a family drive through the Ozarks. I appreciate a family owned business that wanted to get my family back on the road! And, no nonsense about buying a new tire -- they found the nail, repaired the tire and got me back on the road.
First time I've been quoted a price for work that was LESS after the actual work was done. And they went above and beyond by repairing other issues and even with the added work was it was less than the quoted price. AWSOME JOB, & THANK YOU.
