Updated review....Contacted Jim's and explained that the tires I had purchased were defective. They asked me to bring them in and when I did they were very apologetic. They agreed to send them into the manufacturer and refund as much of my cost as possible. They are very easy to work with and make customer satisfaction their number one priority.
I have had Jim's Discount Tire and Brake put new tires on both of our vehicles as well as do other work for us on our cars. They have done an excellent job with everything we've had them do. I will continue to come back for any of our future needs.

Went here to fix my husbands brakes, they explained everything that was fixed and was patient with my questions.
